PC world make Curry's and Comet look

PC world make Curry's and Comet look good and thats saying something. I too have been a victim of their collect at store farce. I reserved two laptops totallin £800, even rang the store to confirm that they were there, but no one could help me, drove 17 miles to find out that it was a 'web site' error, and they have no stock, the service was appalling, no apology, now you would think that a store would be slightly peeved and try to offer an alternative or a discount but not them, they lost £800 because of their bad service, this on top of a faulty desktop machine that had to be returned twice before it was usuable and 3 printers that i eventually demanaded a refund for has made PC world a big no no for me.
