PC World

They have an incredibly bad returns

They have an incredibly bad returns policy. I tried to return (as an exchange) a set of PC speakers as the subwoofer was not working. I was told that it was sold as it was by this I assume it meant that if you didn't like it that was tough. I explained that it was not working and that I just wanted one that did. I was then palmed off with the customer service number who told me exactly the same thing.
