PC World

I bought a reconditioned laptop recently

I bought a reconditioned laptop recently and after getting it home I had problems setting it up on my wireless network.

When I returned to the store the person on the service desk was extremely helpful and was able to get the wireless working in store. He wrote down the steps to follow if it didn't automatically connect.

I got the machine home again and sure enough it connected and i have had no problems since. Guess I was lucky and got one of the few helpful PCWorld employees out there!
