Bought on-line for in store pick up.

Bought on-line for in store pick up. Travelled almost 20 miles to be told out of stock. Insisted they go online and do a reservation process and they discovered that their store has stock indicated when in fact it doesn't. Got a shrug of the shoulders and no apology. 48 hours later still says stock available but non in store.
This is the second time this has happened and never again will I waste my time with these people. Don't even get a response from the "Customer Service" department. In store prices are amongst highest going.
