It took us 15 minutes to choose the TV,

It took us 15 minutes to choose the TV, DVD and PC (which was not in stock so we were told it could be delivered)that we wanted and one hour to actually pay and arrange delivery! Although the salesperson was very polite he had only been working at the store for 4 weeks and could not arrange delivery, so tried very unsuccessfully to get someone to do it for him. At one point a store manager came to help but was very disinterested, was morose very impolite to the point where had we not really wanted the TV we would have walked out. Eventually we said that if the sale and delivery were not finalised within 5 minutes we were leaving.
We were told that the goods would be delivered within a few days but after four days we made a call to the central exchange and were told that all goods were in stock. I called at the store after work and was told that as one of salesman was off sick they did not know what had been arranged for our order. Then was told that the delivery people did not turn up to collect the goods that day but one of the salesman would delivery to our home after work that night. Which he did.
On trying to arrange for a technician to set up the TV it took half an hour and four phone calls with each person on the end of the phone giving me a different number to call. Eventually after being given the correct number the technician is due to arrive in four days time!
