On screen indication of product in stock. Order placed 16/9 for two working day delivery. Sent email
requesting delivery 20/9. No delivery 20/9 so went to check delivery progress on internet. Response: "unable to trace order". Telephoned 20/9.
Informed out of stock, new stock 2/3 days. Requested
that I be phoned on 22/9 with progress report. By 5.20 pm no phone call, so telephoned again. Informed
that stock would not be available until 29/9. I told them that they were totally unreliable and grossly misleading and that I would never use them again.
They now say they will phone me on 25/9 to advise if delivery can be speeded up. Given the reliability of their previous information I will believe it when it happens. Meanwhile they have my money including a premium for accelerated delivery. These people should be avoided like the plague.
