PC World

I ordered a computer with monitor,

I ordered a computer with monitor, screen, keyboard, mouse etc for our office. I should have known not to proceed when I phoned the technical support team to ask if it was compatible with Vista and he had never heard of Vista. Anyway the computer arrived and the monitor was missing the whole of the switch unit. PC World suggested I took the whole lot back to the store (a distance of over 5 miles on public transport) or they could send me labels for a return - estimated time for labels to reach me was 7 - 10 working days.We needed the computer running that day - thats why we bought it - not to wait another 10 days plus for PC world to be bothered to provide what I'd paid £500 for. Truly terrible service.
