I went to one of the stores to buy a laptop which was displayed in the window, as well as in the shop. When I asked for some brief information about the the laptop, I felt the guy didn't take me seriously, just suggested that one of them was better than the other because of the screen size and processor speed. Then when I said that I was going to buy it, he sent another shop assistant to tell me that they didn't have it in stock (but they had 2 of them displayed)and she talked to me so sharply as if I was asking for a favour...Of course, I came back home totally angry and ordered a computer from Dell. I am still very frustrated and probably I'll never buy anything from them. Customer service is a totally unknown concept for them.
