I bought a Toshiba Laptop from PC World

I bought a Toshiba Laptop from PC World and asked a simple question as to whether the memory could be upgraded as it only came with 256mb. I needed to know whether it had a spare memory slot.The person that served me did not know so he called over the so called expert in the store. This so called expert told me that he has been told that it is difficult to upgrade memory in a laptop and that he advises customers not to do it. I then told this so called expert that I work in computer and that anybody can go on the Crucial web site which will scan their computer and tell them exactly what memory to use and whether any slots were free. I asked them to go and find a manual for the laptop which they did but they could not find the page where it states that there are two memory slots. I found it and told them. I bought the machine knowing that I know more than theire so called experts.I bet they still tell customers it's hard to upgrade laptop memory...
