NEXT DAY DELIVERY WHAT A LAUGH

It says next day delivery, but according to the trades discription act PC World are in breach of contract, next day means next day, especially if you pay for it! PC World can forget any custom from me again and I shall make a point of telling a member of my family who works for you. Your promise is not worth the time it took for someone to type it, I am disgusted with the whole thing and am trying to find out how to cancel this order. My disabled son's time is spent on his pc and he is gutted that a firm he thought reliable is a total waste of space. I am contacting the trading standards office on Monday and will be passing on to them the print out I made of my order, and print outs of everything I have on file. I hope that PC World does something about this, because if you do not I most certainly will, and it should be Mary Johnson as that is my name, I placed the order and paid for it. You are supposed to be good, I think not, I think you are a joke of a company and I will inform anyone who says that you are good what happens when you use your online store. I and my son have purchased a lot from the Colchester store, no more, never ever again. I shall find somewhere else to purchase from and if it means paying more, well, I expect the service will be worth it. If this is ignored then so be it, it is only what I expect to happen anyway. I doubt that anything will be done, you dont seem to give a damn. I suppose that like a lot of big companies you will think that just because one person is very very dissatisfied that it doesnt matter. Well it matters to me and will matter to the people who are interested in only dealing with reputable, trustworthy stores. I hope that I am wrong, I would for once love to be proved wrong, we shall see.
