Collect at Store is a farce. It was 24

Collect at Store is a farce. It was 24 hours after I ordered the item that I was told that it wasn't available. That was 24 hours wasted when i could have ordered it elasewhere anD avoided a completely disrupted day.

Though the web site suggests they will phone you if they run low on stock, They won't, or at least they'll only phone you to say that they've sold them all.

The worst thing is that the message I was left was totally incomprehensible, I had to return the call to find out what on eartth the rep was talking about.

AVOID!!!!
