Ordered an Amilo laptop from the website

Ordered an Amilo laptop from the website (July 2005) and specified Friday delivery. Next day the M25 was closed (oil terminal fire, I think) which was a problem as I live on the Scottish border and their warehouse is South of London. I got a phonecall Thursday evening to say their deliveries had been held up and arrange another time. They also cancelled the delivery charge. Early Friday morning I got another call to say one vehicle had got through on Thursday so I would receive the delivery as promised. I received the product at the requested time, did not have to pay the delivery charge, and was kept informed throughout. (PS the laptop is excellent.)
