Went into the store last dec to purchase

Went into the store last dec to purchase an Epson photo printer. Price was £149.99, good deal at the time I was happy. Got home to find that the item was £99.99 on their website and available for "Store collection"!!!! I called them up only to be told they do not match prices to the Internet....it was their f***ing website!! Further more the so called "Customer Service" operator just hung up on me. (note I did not swear). To cut a long story short, I reserved the item on-line and went back to the store. Had the printer refunded and put through at £99.99! What a waste of everyones time. They should get their act together and ditch their fraustrating policies! *** Printer is fantastic ***
