Ordered HP Deskjet 3940 printer. On line

Ordered HP Deskjet 3940 printer. On line site very easy to use. Cheapest on line price (£15 cheaper than in store price). Optional "extras" easy to delete. Given choice of collecting from store or delivery to home (at no extra cost). On choosing former given choice of 15 stores. Items available at chosen store 1 hour after placing order, although service assistant had to collect them from shelves (only about 2 minute wait).
