Absolutely shocking aftersales service!

Absolutely shocking aftersales service! Good prices in the first place but if anything goes wrong with your laptop you stand no chance of getting a response via phone, email, or in person! Do not touch this store unless neccesary and if you do stay away from Advent which is their rebranding of cheap laptops from other makes and are extremely unrealiable and you will get no help whatsoever even if it is in warranty.
Appalled by PCWorld - stay away!
