what ever you do don't get there insurance
My laptop went faulty 3 months ago so got it picked up.
came back with cd rom missing sent off for repair again.
now its returned scratched to bits as it had a polished finish argued to get it sent back.
Returned without the power adapter so requested a write off under 28 days was picked up and returned 2 weeks later saying no fault found still scratched without power adapter.
Im still trying to get it written off 14 weeks after first fault. still scratched to bits still not written off. ive spent at least 11 hours on the phone with no progress. ive never been so stressed. and their complaints line A joke. They cant help. it might as well be a automated service as you get the same excuses. dont risk it. not worth it. ebuyer or Scan website is better
