I bought an expensive Kodak printer for

I bought an expensive Kodak printer for my daughter to go to University. After a few months it broke and would not print. She can't drive and I had the receipt, so i duly send her the receipt and she eventually got a friend to drive her 20 miles to her nearest PC world store. When she got there they point blank refused to refund or repair because it was older than 28 days from purchase.

She's 19 years old and went away with her tail between her legs, if it had been me there would have been hell to pay.

In my opinion they are breaking the law and I will never buy anything from them again.
