I had to use my debit card Visa

I had to use my debit card Visa chargeback as the goods were never sent, the company took my money and then never sent goods. They also KEEP your credit card details on file which is against the DPA.

So if you bought from them, get down to your bank and ask for a visa debit chargeback form, the bank will then pursue this bunch of fraudsters. Read Full Review »

An absolute disgrace. They owe me £103

This customer ordered from our sister company and due to a failed delivery goods were sent back to our company and reshipped per client instructions - Goods supplied no monies outstanding.

The store does not track your orders,

The store does not track your orders, their customer service tracker(ticket system) does not work.

They say that items are despatched via royal mail, but cant give you a tracker id over the phone.

Under the sale of goods act the non delevery and non existence of a mail tracker means you can take CCK to the courts and get both your money back and reasonable costs. AVOID! Read Full Review »

Due to security measures taken by our company we modifying our tracking page to protect our customers against fraud. We do not pass tracking infomation verbally as this has also provided fraudsters with infomation which is used to intercept packages enroute.

Easy to use site, prices are great, very competative. Delivery is not the quickest but fair for the postage paid. From time of order it took 5 days and arrived well packed and by courier. I'd use this site again. Read Full Review »
