Nothing wrong with the item, only that

Nothing wrong with the item, only that it was in stock when paying for the item but in customs when i asked where it was over a week later. I asked for the gift wrapping service (£1.99) as they look good on the pictures on the website, but this is a complete joke looks like a five year old has done it.

Please see e mail sent back to Mr Woodhead to apologise for the gift wrap and also to credit him with the full price he had paid for this service. I am sorry that this was not to our usual high standard, due to increased orders we have taken on some temporary staff and they have not been doing gift wrap for long.
