Poor Poor Poor Poor. I have ordered from

Poor Poor Poor Poor.
I have ordered from Toys R Us online previously without a problem. On this occasion one item was damaged. I have been chasing a replacement item for six weeks, promised re-delivery on numerous occasion only to be let down time after time.

Today, I have chased them again only to be told they will issue a refund in the next few days which is fine but I have spent HOURS chasing them and being made false promises. Poor.
You will be fine if you place an order and everything is fine but once you encounter any type of difficluty ie a damaged product, the customer service is appauling beyond words. So very dissappointed.
Avoid their customer services. Expected far better from such a big company.
