    from toysrus on line to have sent direct to my nephew for christmas.
    which as he lives in cheshire and i live in berkshire would be best way the the way for him to have a gift that would be of use to him.

    Poor Poor Poor Poor.
    I have ordered from Toys R Us online previously without a problem. On this occasion one item was damaged. I have been chasing a replacement item for six weeks, promised re-delivery on numerous occasion only to be let down time after time.

    Although I reccommend Toys'R'Us for most things, the In t he Night Garden Mini toys are not worth it. Don't be fooled by the £3.40 price online - you'll be charged an extra £5 of p&p, bringing the total to over £8.40, more than it is in the store and certainly not worth something thats only a few inches high!     Extremely poor customer care. My little boys toy was faulty which I bought him for his 1st birthday, and when i tried to take it back, they were rude and unhelpful. Plus toys from here are usually much cheaper in Argos or Amazon. Read Full Review »
