I have been shopping online for many years but this is the first time i've felt compelled to rate the store on kelkoo. I placed an order on the 23rd of december I did not receive this order until the 13th of Jan, now I understand any order this close to christmas usual service levels are affected however on the website it still advertised 2-3 working day delivery. It was only when I emailed their customer service dept on Friday, 10 working days later, that they responded on the saturday to apologise and dispatch (with no reason why might I add). Now I finally have the order it includes no delivery note and an item (wii remote) is missing. Yes this store is cheap (the website is not the most attractive out there) but the items are all Japanese and the delivery times seem like the items come from Japan.
