AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Extremely poor. Ordered a Nintendo Wii Remote Control on Dec 30th and waited ages to get it. Started emailing but got no replies. Eventually was informed they could not get it and asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I agreed and they offered to refund by cheque which I immediately thought was very dodgy. I have been shopping online for many years but this is the first time i've felt compelled to rate the store on kelkoo. I placed an order on the 23rd of december I did not receive this order until the 13th of Jan, now I understand any order this close to christmas usual service levels are affected however on the website it still advertised 2-3 working day delivery.
