We were told that the item would be deliver after 3.30pm on a particular day. The delivery did not arrive that day but arrived first thing the next morning - before we left for work. We ordered a Britannia range cooker from Appliance city following a recommendation from Britannia themselves. Not quite the best price we found but the sales guys knowledge was superb and they had the cooker in stock. We ordered the BOSCH Dishwasher SGV53E03GB on 24th Nov which was delivered on 9th Dec 2006 after a bit of confusion over delivery. However, they redeemed themselves by sending it by special delivery 2 days later. So far the dishwasher is working beautifully! Highly recommended. Read Full Review »

Company claims it will contact you in 5-7 working days to arrange delivery; on ninth working day called them, eventually getting through on a very busy line, asked why no contact to get no real answer and certainly no hint of an apology. Got e-mail to say they would contact me within 5 - 7 days, I had to call them! They didn't have any in stock and couldn't tell me when there would be any and didn't seem interested. Absolutely Brilliant!!. Ordered an american fridge (cheaper than all other companies online), customer order line was very informative and helpful.Told us there were 3 in stock and could be delivered on Thursday. (we rang on Monday). Had two confirmation phone calls from the transporters (who did return our calls aswell).

The purchase was delivered in 5 days and I received notice on two occasions of the time and date of delivery.

The product was very competitively priced and was deleivered in perfect condition.

The delivery driver was most helpful and went beyond his obligation by removing and refitting the doors of the fridge freezer to enable it to be moved into the kitchen.
