I was delighted with the explanations and ease of ordering. I had good contact by email and phone as the initial order was delayed by a few days. The delivery day was then agreed but having stayed in I received a phone call to say the van had broken down. I asked for it to be delivered the next day after 9am but the delivery arrived at 7.30! I ordered 4 appliances for a new kitchen

I ordered 4 appliances for a new kitchen on 17/7/07 and they were all delivered on 20/7/07 only 3 days later. I paid by credit card but payment was stopped by my card company(thinking fraudulent use by a third party).Appliance city politely and promptly notified me and dealt with the setback immediately.
