From the first moment I picked up the phone to order my fridge freezer, this company could not have been more helpful. They kept me fully informed throughout the entire process and the delivery men could not have been more helpful. They even took the doors off the appliance to get it in the house then reassembled it. Really excellent service. A friendly voice on the phone; a courteous and careful - and on-time - delivery driver. I bought an Induction Hob from Appliance City. I e-mailed to check availability before ordering, receiving an almost immediate reply. Ordering was straightforward. I was telephoned to advise delivery which was to be late on Monday after my ordering on Friday. Delivery was made at eaxctly the time advised. The Hob was fitted next day and worked perfectly. I had excellent service throughout. Good communication and order confirmed via e-mail and a letter. Goods came when they said they would, and the driver called an hour before they arrived. I searched for a company that could supply me an American Washing Machine (Whirlpool LSQ8033) and deliver in sensible timescales. Well these guys did not let me down, I ordered on a Monday and the machine was delivered first thing on Thursday morning.
