I would seriously recommend that you avoid this online retailer. I purchased an NFD01 treadmill from them in May 2009 as it had an excellent specification for the price (£500) - as a serious runner, I wanted a treadmill with a high continuous motor speed and this seemed ideal. To be fair, ordering the treadmill was straightforward and comms were initially good, delivery was OK. It was well packed and fairly easy to assemble (despite poorly worded instructions) - however, the treadmill was faulty and did not work. I notified them of this, and their initial response was encouraging, they responded to my email and sent me a supposed fix - instructions and a diagram. I had to fix the machine myself. This didn't work - and so I contacted them again. This time I had no response from them. I tried to contact them again, still no response. I tried to phone them - you get several options for a number of different retailers, but no matter which one you select you go straight to 'on-hold' music. Try it for yourself! I have never managed (as yet) to speak to anyone in person. A few weeks later, I did receive a package in the post with a number of cables in. The package came with no instructions or indication of where it had come from. I presumed I was meant to try and change the cables myself. Suffice to say, the machine is still not working ... some 2 months later. They do not respond to my emails, I can't reach them on the phone and from some other 'review sites' I have subsequently read - I am not alone; there are a number of people in the same position. I really wish I had seen these reviews before deciding on my purchase, I would have avoided them - and so I hope that this review may deter others. I requested initially that they either fix or replace the treadmill. I am now pursuing them to come and collect it and refund my money. A little tricky when you can't actually get to speak to anyone! I have now reported them to Trading Standards.
