I compared prices on line, and found a fantastic price, I needed my cooker fast so rang and spoke to a very helpful and friendly lady.
Once availability and delivery date confirmed, direct from manufacturer within 2 days. Ordered over the phone and still received the same great price, confirmation email and contact name and direct contact number supplied, I got a human being not a sales script.
The manufacturer contacted me the same evening, they confirmed delivery details.
Delivered on the day stated and in fact earlier than thought, as the driver realised he was near by and on the off chance knocked to see if at home. Great Service.
