Great service! Ordered online and item delivered within 48hrs. Our purchase was actually faulty but the customer service team were fantastic, arranged collection of product and a replacement within 48hrs direct to my office desk! ould definately use again and recommend to others. When I ordered it wasn't clear that BE-Direct would call to arrange the delivery.

Anyway I was called the next day, the person who I spoke to was very nice, answered all my questions and arranged the booking for the following week.

The delivery was very good, they SMS'd the day before delivery as a reminder and then also specified whether the delivery would be morning or afternoon. On t... Read Full Review »

I compared prices on line, and found a fantastic price, I needed my cooker fast so rang and spoke to a very helpful and friendly lady.
Once availability and delivery date confirmed, direct from manufacturer within 2 days. Ordered over the phone and still received the same great price, confirmation email and contact name and direct contact number supplied, I got a human being not a sales script.
