Warehouse Express

Had I not telephoned Warehouse Express

Had I not telephoned Warehouse Express myself, I wouldn't have found out that the order I thought I'd placed successfully had not been processed because of a 'payment problem'. There was no email from them to tell me this. Nor would I have found out that the item wasn't in stock anyway. The person I spoke to didn't know when it would be back in stock, but despite this was quite happy to take my money by bank transfer - which would have taken more of my time to arrange. A very bad experience - I wouldn't recommend WE to anyone.
