I order few items at once, they phoned

I order few items at once, they phoned me the next day of my order to inform that few items weren't in stock. They splitted the delivery in two for free which I received 48hrs after. They e-mailed me 10 days later to says the rest of the order was ready for delivery and I did received it few days later. 1 item did not suit me and I had full exchange against an other product, which I had to wai... My own experience of this company was a brief one, I used their price beat guarantee as I had seen a camera on Amazon cheaper, they sent me an email back stating that they could not beat Amazons price as Amazon had no stock of the camera I wanted, but of course Amazon did have stock, so they were lieing, at a time when all companies want sales this is not good enough, and this was my first and onl... Had I not telephoned Warehouse Express

Had I not telephoned Warehouse Express myself, I wouldn't have found out that the order I thought I'd placed successfully had not been processed because of a 'payment problem'. There was no email from them to tell me this. Nor would I have found out that the item wasn't in stock anyway.
