Very dissapointed. I placed an order and waited for to come. Nothing, no email no phone call nothing. When i rang to ask why they said my card did not pass security checks. What rubbish!! I have never had any problem like this before. I will never be shopping at john lewis again. I ordered a laptop on offer with only 2 left in stock. They didnt want to send it to me so made up a rubbish excuse. simple as that.
