Bought a 40" Sony TV. They phoned

Bought a 40" Sony TV. They phoned up with a time, and although the time was the afternoon, they actually knocked in the morning, just on the off chance I was home. I was, and was very pleased to not have to sit in all day. The drivers were really nice and I could not say a word against the whole service. Also, a free 5 year guarantee is worth a lot.
