The overall service was good and my product was in stock. Experienced a bit of difficulty when I found the product slightly cheaper elsewhere and tried to get them to live up to their price promise. I was eventually refunded the difference but only at 100% rather than the 110% that they advertise. Delivery was timely and I was happy that I was able to choose a day. A quite superb home cinema system at a great price. This system featured at 6 in stuff.tv s top 10 of home cinemas against some much more expensive systems and its easy to see why. The sound quality is awsome, haven t got my HDMI lead yet so can t comment on the picture upscaling. Simple to use and set up, speaker cable could be better quality but thats just nit picking.
