    Tried to order a machine from Coopers and experienced appalling service. Rang and spoke to GUR and got a great price on my Janome dc4030- although the advertised display model had sold out they gave me a brand new one for the same price. They also gave me a free embroidery foot. Excellent friendly customer service and a good value, I would highly recommend! Read Full Review »

    my Pfaff Select 4 arrived within 24hrs, securely packaged. The machine is every thing and more!! Have had to find more sewing projects to do, as it is a joy to work with, and sewing once more is my leading favourite thing to do!
