Ordered washer on-line on Saturday and it was delivered the following Wednesday. The delivery company sent a text on the Tuesday telling us that our washer would be delivered between 7.00am and 1.00pm on the Wednesday. The appliance was delivered two hours later than the time slot I was given.
The delivery driver offered a valid explanation however the call centre even though polite did not give good customer service when I was trying to establish where my delivery was and even whether it was going arrive or not. Read Full Review »

Item in stock an £100 cheaper than most other suppliers. Prompt delivery - within a week of ordering. Allowed a choice of delivery dates for me to select one to suit myself. Notified 24hrs before of 4 hour time slot foe delivery. Goods arrived on time and delivery drivers very helpful and friendl - stayed while I checked item and they removed packaging.

I received phone call and text message the day before delivery to advise of estimated arrival time. Goods arrived with plenty of warning on time. Boots offer of recycling/removing old appliance is cheaper than having it uplifted by the local council. Read Full Review »

Probably not Boots fault however i expected that after waiting 3 weeks for a suitable delivery date that my item would be delivered on time but 3 days before due date i got a phone call to tell me that i need to now wait till 10th of August which is useless as i need a weekend delivery so i need to wait till the 15th and i could get my delivery anytime until 7pm that day as i am attending a weddin... Received goods ordered on delivery date promised but disappointed with text message to says goods arriving between 7.00am and 11.00am, my 88 year old mother had to be up before 7.00am to receive goods.
