    Excellent at keeping me informed about delivery. However, fitters did not connect overflow properly which caused flooding. Customer services were not able to contact Damages Dept as they had gone home. Was promised a telephone call next morning which did not materialise and had to email them.     Also found Boots to be a most reliable retailer. There instant response to the order was quite exceptional. The item is in great demand therefore some delay in delivery but Boots have kept us well informed of progress. Only one slight downside is that Boots tried over the telephone to sell the usually rather expensive additional warrantee cover - which is shades of other retailers who do this agre...
