    I ordered a washing machine over the Internet for my mother.
    Having been messed about three times with the expected date it finally arrived but she was told by two very arrogant delivery boys that they couldn't fit it (despite fitting being paid for).

    We have only had the fridge freezer a day but happy so far. The ordering was very easy and they called the night before to confirm the delivery time - they did call late though - had expected it between 5 and 9pm and the call came at nearly 10pm.     When the washing machine was delivered, the old machine was not taken away as it was not disconnected and the drivers are not insured to do thi. Was a bit inconvenient as I had to arrange for a plumber to come out to connect the washing machine and I shall need to arrange for someone else to take the old machine away (something that I had originally paid for).
