The ordering process was straightforward; the proposed delivery date was immediately confirmed by e-mail. Time & date of delivery was confirmed by phone the evening before, and, on the day, the driver rang to say he was going to arrive within the next half hour - which he did. I was very pleased with the service and product I bought, but the delivery service was not as described.
I was told that the day before delivery was due I would be contacted to arrange a 4 hour time slot which did not occur. I was also told that the product would be unpacked and packaging would be removed, this also did not happen.
