    Two things let Boots down for this purchase:
    1) the hard sell of the breakdown insurance, by phone, after i placed the order.
    2) the delivery cost £20 - didn t come in specified time slot. didn t unpack and remove packaging when the order specifically said that they would, so we were unable to check the condition of the appliance before they left. Read Full Review »
