We ordered a zanussi gas hop only to be told at last minute it was not available for several weeks.
Noticed damage to microwave within 24 hours of delivery and informed Boots straight away only to be told that if we wanted it replaced we would have to buy another one and then get only 40% refund on damaged one.Considering that we had placed a very large order with them we think that this is very u... I ordered this item on line within minutes. Received a delivery date for 2 dys later. The day before delivery, I received a text telling me of my slot time and my gorgeous Smeg Fridge Freezer was delivered as promised.
