I used Boots Appliances (under the parent company DRL) to order a fridge freezer and the experience has been an absolute nightmare (which is still ongoing).
On the first delivery date, nothing turned up as they had forgot to place the order
On the second delivery date, the fridge turned up late with scratches and dents and splattered with paint.

Stated product was in stock, booked day off work to be told that was not available only the day before delivery was due.
This is probably no better or worse than anyone else.
The delivery company had boots asda tesco argos and many other companies items on board.
