I ordered online, picked my own delivery date and had it all confirmed within a short space of time. I didn t get the specified call telling me the time slot (4 hrs) but when I rang customer services on the delivery day a helpful young lady gave me the times (following an apology). The machine was delivered jsut before the alloted time slot. I would definitely recommend this retailer. Read Full Review »

Only problem was that my order was for rapid delivery for the Monday (This is Friday night ordering) then to be contacted to say this was not available and had Tuesday. I received my product on time, which I was grateful for. However, when I untaped the shelves I found that one of them was broken. I was very dissappointed but when I phoned the customer service line I was very pleased with how helpful the lady was and she couldn t have been any more apologetic. A new shelf has been sent to me. Washing machine was bashed in on one

Washing machine was bashed in on one side when delivered. Delivery men said I didn t need to check it and they left it unpacked . When I took off box I saw the damage .My plumber arrived later and said it had been forklifted i.e. damaged by a forklift truck.
