My only moan is that there is an additional cost for Saturday deliveries. That seems a little harsh when so many people are at work in the week and can t take advantage of the free delivery service.

The delivery charge would influence me in future to look for an alternative supplier. Read Full Review »

This was a painless transaction. They delivered on time having made sure we were in with telephone call. The delivery men were efficient and courteous, installing the new freezer and taking away the old one.

Not enough info was given about the product. It was to replace a similar size product (Amana) but no info that on this fridge an extra 20cms gap needed to open the door against a wall. No info that because the handles could not be removed it would not go through a standard doorway! They gave me a slot of between 8:00 and 12:00. I took 1/2 off work to be in. They didnt arrive I phoned them at 12:30 and was told there was another 2-3 people in front of me and they would call me back an hour before they were due to arrive. This was the first time I had used Boots Kitchens and I was overjoyed to discover that all the items I wanted were available instead of having to wait 28 days if I had ordered from Currys. The delivery men were very nice and helpful and rang during the day to appraise me of my delivery time.
