Was contacted three times to inform me

Was contacted three times to inform me that my delivery slot would be between 11 and 3 in fact it didnt turn up til 5.30!. Although pleasant and helpful the delivery crew barely apologised. I wouldn t have minded so much if they hadn t repeatedly messaged me to say be there between 11 and 3. I took holiday from work which was not necessary. also don t seem to have been credited with boots Advantage points i was promised.
