What can I say? The product (big fridge / freezer)was in stock and cheap. The rest of the service is just awful. They don t tell you they need an access survey (although you tick a box to say no problems)until it s too late to hit the delivery slot you selected. Then they text you to say the original delivery is ok, then it s not, because they cannot stop the automated txt message that they shouldn t have sent. Very nice driver but I suspect he was warned that if they messed up again there might have been blood. They use a logistics company to deliver but I don t think they have ever met each other!
