Boots gave us a time-slot between 10:00

Boots gave us a time-slot between 10:00 and 14:00. The delivery people arrived unexpectedly at 07:30. We were not properly dressed, and had not prepared the area for the tumble dryer s arrival. They also insisted in bringing the machine through the front door, when we requested that they use the back.

We phoned Boots customer care, who said the delivery people would ring us back. They never did - I wonder why?

Absolutely, never again! We discovered later that some other suppliers are a bit cheaper, and also that others seem to have had a similar experience.
