Bought on line 08.07.2009...Immediate debit on my credit card... promised delivery 20.07.2009; contacted 17.07.2009 to postpone delivery for 7 days (27.07.2009); contacted 24.07.2009 to postpone delivery for 7 days (03.08.2009); washer delivered safely... it was not unpacked as should be, however there is no damage to unit. Overall I am happy with Boots, but I would like to know why there was so much confusion over delivery dates.... if I had been told straight off the delivery date was almost a month in advance, i would have gone elsewhere.
