Had two appliances deleivered on time

Had two appliances deleivered on time with no problems but a third order for a Freezer was delayed almost six weeks by the manufacturer - This item was shown as in stock. The bad part is that the money was taken from me when the freezer was ordered - this should really only be done when the item is despatched for delivery.
