The appliance has been delivered (at the agreed time) and there have been no problems so far. However, I have a real problem with a retailer only providing an 0870 contact number in case of problems. I strongly feel that if you have to contact the company because something is wrong you should not have to pay an excessive fee for the privilege (and the company should certainly not profit from this communication).
